Covid19 Update

All appointments must be booked in advance, we will not be accepting walkin appointments, group bookings, or retail shopping without an appointment.

Hand-washing sinks and hand-sanitizing stations are located in the shop. You must use one before and after your appointment. 


We will be keeping our front door closed and locked. Please text or call once arrived. We will have marks outside the shop where social distancing can be practiced while you wait for your appointment. We prefer if you can text us from your vehicle first. 

Please do not come to Sugar Society if you or anyone you have been in contact with in the last fourteen days has shown signs of COVID19. Most common symptoms: fever, dry cough, tiredness. Less common symptoms: aches and pains, sore throat. diarrhea. conjunctivitis, headache, loss of taste or smell, a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes. Serious symptoms: difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, loss of speech or movement.

Please do not come to the your appointment if you or anyone you’ve been in contact with in the last fourteen days has been tested for COVID19 or has travelled outside of Canada. Cancellation fees will be waived in these circumstances. 

Our service providers will now be wearing scrubs, masks, and gloves for all appointments. We will provide you with a disposable mask if you do not bring your own for a charge of $4.00.


Please don’t bring unnecessary items with you into the spa.

Please come alone to your appointment with no other guests or children. While we always previously supported bringing children it is something that we must follow in our updated regulations. 

Our preferred payment method will be through our appointment booking system or debit.
 We will not taking cash for the foreseeable future. 

We will be sanitizing with medical grade cleaning products in between
 each appointment. Please be patient with us, and help us keep the
 spa clean by not touching unnecessary items or surfaces.

You can cancel up to one hour before your appointment, otherwise you may be charged 10% of the service price for late cancellation or 30 percent for not showing up. Those who cancel due to COVID-19 concerns, or do not pass our screening test will not be charged.

If you fail to show within 10 minutes of the start of your appointment will be marked as a ‘no-show’ and will result in a charge equal to 30 percent of the appointment. Clients may be prevented from booking future appointments online after more than
one no show.
